It is our goal to be the premier provider of mental health services. This will be accomplished by improving and maintaining audit and service scores, while pursuing the link between computer technology and service accountability.

About Team Mental Health Services

Since 2002, Team Mental Health Services has been providing exceptional services and care to adult consumers with severe and chronic mental illness in Southeast Michigan. Our two clinics serve over 4750 unique consumers each year. We are proud of our CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation and we have held this distinction since 2003.

At Team Mental Health Services, we understand the importance of good mental health and quality of life. Stress, depression and severe mental illness can happen to anyone. We are proud to offer an outstanding selection of mental health care services in a variety of settings. All mental health care services, programs and groups are provided using the person centered planning process. Our individualized treatment plans are available for both short- and long-term mental health problems.

Every day we strive to achieve more while continuing to deliver the quality of care our consumers and community depend upon.

Our Team

Our executive leadership encompasses 55 years collectively of mental health experience:

Antonio Pollicella, Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of senior management experience. His background consists of several corporate turnaround success stories, including companies in physical rehabilitation and therapy, adult foster care and housing, and steel manufacturing.

Pamela Lamb, MPA, President/Chief Operating Officer, provides over 25 years of clinical management experience. Her diverse and comprehensive background includes physical therapy, traumatic brain injury and psychiatric inpatient.

Each clinic is managed by a program director and staffed with clinicians. All personnel is educated and trained to address co-occurring disorders.

All staff members are required to complete annual training, including competency tests designed to help maintain our standards.

My experience with Team Mental Services in becoming independent has been truly rewarding. They helped me in getting started with becoming independent by first taking me to housing with reasonable prices. I chose the first apartment I saw, after looking at two other apartments. Ms. Williams was patient with me and that was a good feeling. It made me confident in myself that I knew what I was looking for after 4 years of living semi-independent.

I then learned that my first month’s rent and security deposit would be paid for me and I was confident in being able to save some money. I also found out that Housing would buy what I need as far as furniture because I didn’t have any money for things like that. That made me feel even more confident in Team and myself in moving to independent living.

They (Team people) moved me on January 23, 2012 and it was done smoothly by making two trips because I had a lot of items to move that I had accumulated in 4 years. The move was done in a professional way and I was very pleased.

I am enjoying my new place and my new independence. Thank you ALL so much!

I came to find that an AFC home is a very reliable place to live. I stayed in an AFC home for 16 years. I advanced up to a job, which made living arrangements comfortable, until I advanced to my independent living. It turned out to be much better than an AFC home, and I appreciate the help that I got from TMHS.
